sugar and crap food obviously affects people differently. I see kids at school eat pizza, chips, and soda everyday and have perfect skin. Yet I eat healthier than anyone I know and have acne. I’ve heard of a condition called glucose intolerance in which even the slightest bit of glucose from things like bananas can cause cystic acne.

Dr. your skin looks great! I will clean up my lifestyle! Sleep 8 hours and eliminate sugars, and increase real food… fruits, veggies, all organic and less stress. I am a beautiful black woman with glowing radiating skin at 39! Yesterday I woke up with bumps, acne, uglyyyyy! What is going on? I have not been to the gym for about 3 weeks due to stress. I will began working out again and get my omega 3, and 6 again. I am out of flax seed. Heading to the gym and vitamin store. Thanks

very nice tips sir!!!
i had all sort of skin issues 1 yr ago, such as acne, wrinkles, high end skin pigmentation, my face was dark-as opposed to my white skin. Though i underwent some basis skin treatment by a dermatologist…he gave me 2 custom made creams, sunblock, acne aid bar (soap), and vitamins…
after 3 months something…and until now…my skin is as soft as baby’s butt. I learnt the lessons after paying a price for my own negligence…
we have skin problems mainly due to negligence

I agree with much of this because I believe in natures way to good skin through honest natural skincare brands like Natural Empathy. Provenance and purity are key…knowing the origin and ethos of ingredients and suppliers…because what goes on, goes in.

@seriall1337 You don’t get unhealthy? If you eat unhealthy food, then you are unhealthy. There is no way around it. Eating junk food in moderation while eating lots of superfoods is fine, but you said you eat unhealthy food all the time…

well im 55 years old, but i look like im 30 years old, and how? well I entombed my home with tinfoil, and my garden is also? entombed, and for lightning i use solar energy for lightning. with the Microwave i discovered our sun kills our cells in a similiar way, my curtains are also layered in tinfoil. I’m very excited to say I’ve aged 2 years in 25 years. My doctor said beware, prophetically, the price of tin is about to Increase in price!
