@usmcgordonce
there comes a time when u have to look in the mirror and be comforable with your physical body, accept who you are, after this you will have more respect for yourself and then it wont be so hard for you to break away from your binge issues. but it all starts with accepting that you have a problem, and then accept yourself

I would advise you to not focus on the amount of calories that you are getting. Instead, focus on if these calories are good for your body or bad. You may eat a Bic Mac and get 1,500 calories, but eating some fruit with 150calories is much better. Eat if you are hungry, but make sure its something good. IMO, Roger looks to me like he is eating the good foods. I doubt that he consumes as much calories as most people.

True. In Australia it would be best to limit your exposure. That does not mean that you should eliminate sun, just limit it.

Lol. That’s funny. I’m sure Roger can prove how old he is because it’s really not difficult to prove age. Typically, skeptical people will always find something to be skeptical about, but I hope that you can look past all that and listen to what he is saying.

You have every right to be skeptical.
All I can say is I can show you my idea if
we meet in person. Soon I’ll scan in my license
and just block out the private numbers
so everyone can see.
My flip camcorder simply doesn’t take close
up images or I would have done so long ago.

I’m skeptical. How do we know this guy is really 41. He could be 22 for all we know and claim to be 41.
