I love the new bug, give me a metallic grey turbo with some american racing wheels 18′ with a flowmaster exhaust and I would be good to go!

Ive traveled to Europe a few times in the past years and i can count the times ive seen this car drivin around European roads, its not a big seller there. Here in America it sold really really good, I like this beetle alot more then the last one, this one is less cute and more sporty and well, “A bit more masculine looking”

@jdwn1976 How can any one take your comment seriously when you don’t even know how to use spell check. These people design cars, you can’t even spell Vehicle right with a spell check option. You are the Epic fail.
Howla.

The new Beetle did not save VW. They were not in financial trouble in 1998 by any stretch. But in the US, the new Beetle created publicity that affected all VW products at the time positively. Plus in Arnold, VW had a great ad agency back then.

Well done Volkswagen, now the next generation and the true Beetle addicts have a fun vehicle to drive and enjoy. Plus it appeals to a wider market
