After having a tire blow out in the middle of the night, pouring rain, and in the middle of nowhere this kit would have been a huge help!! Hopefully that won’t happen again; but if it does, I feel that I will be prepared.
The kit is a great value, and I was surprised with the quality of the included items. It is compact and fits nicely in the compartment with my spare tire.

What’s in the package?
- Jumper cable. This is the reason I bought this; I need an extra jumper cable. Quality is good enough for practical use.
- Triangular reflector – Easy to setup. Very compact although a little small. Easy to fold back after use. The base is heavy and stable against moderate wind.
- Multi-tool pliers – Decent quality but no “Leatherman”. Made of stainless steel. Not too tight to open like some low-quality multi-tool that I got as a gift. Comes with a nylon case. Has Philips and regular screwdriver, bottle opener, knife, short rule that does not have any numbers on it (but actually is in inches). Each unit is 1/16 of an inch; and more.
- Flaslight – cheap plastic flashlight, requires D” batteries (not included).
- Glowstick – 1 small glowstick.
- Poncho – a cheap supermarket plastic poncho
- rubber gloves – 1 pair of rubber surgical type gloves.
- Blanket – a shiny plastic emergency blanket for preserving body heat.
- Clean wipes & antibacterial – in sachet (4 pieces)
