So I’ve never lived in snow. I’m a new driver and am nervous about moving to seattle this August. I get paranoid when I see stuff like this so my solution was to either just walk, seems safer, if I don’t get mugged (not sure of the likliness of this since I don’t know the crime rate in seattle) or get frostbite. But then I also thought, “hey if i don’t trust myself to drive and slide everywhere, I can take public transportation like the bus!” Now reconsidering the bus option.

@DrewdogG8 Seattle goes into a state of panic during storms. We had no idea what was going on.

Seriously folks, if your car is starting to spin, holding the brake pedal to the floor isn’t going to do jack. Give it a little gas, correct the spin, slow back down.. Does anyone actually know how to drive anymore?

I don’t think the city of Seattle could ever survive a real Blizzard. I mean come on there was hardly any snow at all. I don’t think this city is prepared for snow storms at all. Being prepared is all ways important!
