I remember driving to the mall in DC when they called for thousands of extras for the song/dance “3500″ I can’t find myself in the crowd of course, but I remember having fun dressing up as a hippie and thinking to my 17 year old self, “wow, what different days the 60s were!” and it was 1978! I guess at that age, a decade really seems like a long time. Looking back, it seems the 70s were very similar to the 60s. HAIR and GODSPELL are my fave films from this time period because of the songs.

What a blast from the past. I love the dancing horses. Thanks to all you guys who proudly served this great country so that all the hippies (liberals) could protest and spit on them when they came back.

@talus007 He’ll grow up, in 1977 I let my hair grow to shoulder length, cut it in 1979 and kept is shorn to crew cut level since.
It’s a growing stage.
In any case he’s a tad late on fashion, or ahead, who knows?
