The problem is, sitting is a high-skill and creatively demanding activity. Everyone should be able to perform basic maintenance on themselves. This includes knowing how survive the high risk, high stakes game of being “desk bound”. Thanks for the talk, what alternative product can I use instead of a lacrosse ball? I’m based in the uk and it appears quite difficult to obtain one!

Kelly is awesome.
I started doing the couch stretch after seeing him for physical therapy for a bad knee (which was caused by my tight hips).
My knee hurt every time I had cycled for the 3 months beforehand. The pain disappeared the same day I started stretching properly.
Thanks Kelly
