I am 16 years old and I don’t know the first thing about politics. Whenever I read the newspaper or watch the news and they’re talking about politics, I have no clue what they’re talking about. However, I WANT TO know what they’re talking about, but I don’t know where to start and I want to be able to have an intelligent conversation with someone about politics in the future. On top of that the lunch program doesn’t allow other competition, even vending machines. We can’t even order food from outside of the school. Is this allowed?

Why is it that the law requires people to take parenting classes before they become a foster parent, but..
When a couple is expecting a biological child, the law doesn’t require them to take any classes.
