What happens to private health insurance companies if American health care is nationalized?

Few would be willing to dish out for private coverage while they are receiving health care from government taxation. Would the private health industry perhaps dwindle down to a few big players and be forced to take a hit by improving coverage and care?
I’m well aware health care won’t be nationalized. I meant to indicate this is a hypothetical question.

What companies offer transporting autos on wedge trailers and dually 1 ton trucks?

Looking to start transporting autos on a 3-4 car wedge trailer towed behind a 1 ton dually truck with fifth wheel. I know that McNutt is such a company, but what other companies could I sign on with to haul cars with this setup? Most companies that I have seen use a 6 or 7 car trailer with a semi. I have a CDL, but do not want to drive a semi.

Can doctors who work for health insurance companies be sued for malpractice?

Health insurers have doctors who review things like requests for prior authorizations. If a doctor who never examines you in person and doesn’t know your medical history overrides your own doctor’s medication or treatment requests, isn’t that malpractice? My own doctor could certainly be sued for writing prescriptions without ever examining me.

How car rental companies move their cars from one location to another?

I am working on an application and need to understand how car rental companies move their cars from one location to another when there are too many cars left by customers at one location. One way is to give dirt cheap one way rental offers to customers originating some specific location. However, I am trying to understand do they use auto transport companies to do this for them? If yes how much business auto transporters get one average from such scenarios?

Also, do car rental companies have some sort of contracts with auto transporters saying they will move rental cars always or on demand basis?

Thanks for your time!
