Former patient drops lawsuit against Va. Beach doctor
A Virginia Beach judge has dismissed a nearly $10 million lawsuit a woman filed against her former doctor. The lawsuit, filed in 2008 by Kathleen Capossela, named Dr. David B. Holt and Tidewater Family Practice. Capossela alleged that Holt pressured her into a sexual relationship and used her to get prescription drugs.
