I have a debate coming up this week and the topic is “That Politics and Leadership are mutually exclusive” I’m on the affirmative side so I’m agreeing with the statement. So essentially what I have to say is that politics and leadership are unable to exist at the same time. I’m having some trouble coming up with some points to prove this theory. For example I am unable to explain how Julia Gillard (Prime Minister of Australia), or Barrack Obama for that case are not leaders. Please help, I’m really struggling to come up with something!!

I live in New Hampshire and I have been looking into buying a house. It seems to me that when house prices are low, interest rates are high, and when interest rates are low, house prices are high. Is there really a better time to buy a house compared to other times? Someone I know said we should wait because houses are not appreciating very well in the area right now, but, is this true? And is it better to continue renting? The prices in the area are outrageous at best, and I can’t believe that there is ever going to be a time when they are going to be lower. It seems to me that if appreciation continues at any rate, that ordinary people wont be able to afford a house at all. $200,000 plus for a small place seems crazy. Any input on this?

The reason EMI is unhappy is because the played song is a cover of the Britney Spears track, Womanizer, and listeners stole the Lilly Allen version and put it all over the internet. Whoops, is right. Gossip around town points that J-Lo and hubbie Marc Anthony are having marital issues. Jennifer got spotted without her wedding ring, Marc hit the town in Vegas alone AND their 8.5-million-dollar Bel Air is up for grabs. However, on the record, the couple’s publicist commented that they are doing great. Whitney Houston’s stepmother is suing the singer over the wishes of Houston’s deceased father. According to reports, the stepmom, Barbara Houston, is claiming that the singer erroneously kept the money from her dad’s 1-million-dollar insurance policy instead of using it to pay-off the more than 700-thousand-dollar mortgage on his condo. Barbara currently resides in the residence and neither sides lawyers have commented on the case.
