I know this sounds retarded, but what are the small side windows that open by rotating called? The one’s that typically get broken out when your car gets broken into? I need to replace one but have no idea what to ask for. Thanks.

How do I autos start and hide a VNC server on windows?

Basically I want to install a VNC server on a windows computer have it auto start with windows and not have anything show in the system tray. I like tightVNC is there a way I can do this with TightVNC or do i need to switch servers.
