I joined Gym recently– do u suggest i do cardio daily for 20 mins and then weight train for Fat loss, or should i stop cardio slowly and later do only weight training.

I know what i’m talking about, and what i’m doing as well, there are many questions i get about steroids, “crappy protein powders”, and energy products. Thank you for actually giving credible information, please do another one on why you don’t need artificial protein as a primary source, steroids, or energy products loaded with aspartame and too much vitamin b.
