Preheat the oven to 350F. Remove the brie from the refrigerator and let it sit out for at least 10 minutes before baking.

Mix the honey and the zingy chilli boost until well combined. Add a touch of the oil for the zingy boost to loosen if it gets too stiff.

Place the brie on a baking tray. Cut shallows slits ½ an inch apart across the top of the brie, just through the rind layer.

Bake for 10- 15 minutes until it is very soft. As soon as it comes out the oven, top with the zingy chilli boost and honey combo. Serve with crackers, bread, or fruit.
